On the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, a shaded barbecue area including a pizza oven, an equipped outdoor kitchen, fridge, plancha, gas and sink is the ideal place to have lunch or cook in order to spend a wonderful evening outdoors.

Inside the house

The kitchen and the dining room are welcoming. Next to those rooms, you can find a lounge area with two large sofas and a television with many international channels and WIFI.

Each of the 3 bedrooms includes air conditioning, comfortable mattresses, bedding and storage / wardrobe spaces. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bath / shower / sink and toilet. The other bedrooms share a bathroom including a sink / toilet and a shower.

Outside the house

A large raised terrace provides a shaded lounging area with lovely views of the garden and pool below, and a central dining table perfectly placed for watching the kids and sipping a chilled-out cocktail. An additional asset is its corner with outdoor bubble bath / jacuzzi which will allow you to refresh yourself during the sunny and hot days of the Spanish summer.

The warm waters and Arenal Beach are less than 2.5 km away, making an easy trip to the beach. Do you prefer rocky beaches? Calas Granadella and Portixol are less than 15 minutes away by car and are also well-known for their landscape and beach bars. Your shopping will be easy having 2 well-stocked supermarkets around.

If you confirm the reservation despite everything, on your arrival, you will be refused access to the property and you will lose any right to a refund. Small dogs are accepted – you will ensure that their droppings are carried out outside the property so as not to incur additional cleaning costs.
